Holding a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Toronto and a Project Management Professional (PMP) designation, Tim applies a rigorous, data-driven approach to real estate investment. This institutional-grade project management background is the foundation of Sycamore’s value-add strategy—ensuring that complex property renovations are executed on time, strictly on budget, and managed with maximum operational efficiency to drive targeted returns.
